Refunds and Exhanges

Returns for Store Credit Only:

We gladly accept returns for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

-Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

How to Return:

1. Contact us at hello@aubricoclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will issue store credit for the approved items.

Sale Items:

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, please return your original item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will promptly replace the item or issue store credit.
